We are writing to formally notify you that Complete Care will be closing and will no longer serve as your medical provider or spa effective February 1, 2026.

If you have Medicare, a commercial PPO plan, or are self-pay, you may select a new primary care provider of your choosing. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly for a list of in-network providers or using their online directory to identify a provider who best meets your needs. Should you require assistance with transferring your medical records, our office will be happy to support you.

Your medical records will be maintained and made available in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. To request a copy of your records, please contact our office before February 01,2026 at completecaremedicalspa@gmail.com. After February 01, 2026 please contact Desert River Solutions who is the custodian of medical records at:
